Vintage Unmarked 1300/1301 Extra Deep Cast Iron Oval Roast Ex Restored Condition

Vintage unmarked extra deep cast iron oval roaster excellent restored condition. The cooking surface has some shallow pitting. Lid has a nice tight seal and pot sit dead flat on a granite surface. There are no chips, cracks or repairs and does not spin.

This item was stripped down using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process insures the removal all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more. One round of seasoning at 450 degrees with Crisco for several hours.

This item is photographed in very bright light to highlight fine details. Under these lighting conditions, item will take on a brown color. Item is much darker under normal light. Photos are part of the items description. Please use them for a more clear understanding of items overall condition.
