Le Cousances #20 VTG Large Oval Yellow Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven France

A really special piece here. I've been unable to find anything quite like this while searching online. I believe this is a Le Cousances produced prior to 1957 when Le Creuset acquitted the company.

This is a large oval dutch oven in a lovely shade of yellow. Measures 13" across and 10" at it's widest. Handle to handle is approx. 16" Height is approx 5 1/4" (not including heigh of lid handle). I do not know capacity but I found one in a similar size that said it was 7 quarts.

There is a stamp on outside of the pot that says "Made in France". Bottom of pot and lid are both marked with "AC", I believe standing for Andre Cousances. The dutch oven is in great shape with some minor scuffing along edge of lid. There are two small dots on lid handle which appear to have been made during the production process.
