Enameled cast iron is one of the most popular cooking vessels and the Le Creuset dutch oven is the best of the best and all Le Creuset are hand made in France with perfection and you can tell as soon as you handle onethis one is the newer signature series with larger oversized handles and a larger elegant stainless knob, also has improved interior enamel for longer wear... 9.75" x 3.5" deep, this neat looking unique oven(also called a Sauteuse) is a first cousin to the dutch oven but has a rounded bottom like a chefs pan which facilitates easy stirring and cooking... A nice sautepan saucepan or in the oven for a fabulous casserole pan... Pot is new with all tags, Pot lid has a tiny enamel pit(and I do mean tiny) looks like a pin head hole in the enamel and nothing of concern, Factory Box included but not perfect... Is a new LC color, a little hard to find and reminds me of Valencia a retired orange color. (This is not the shallow flat interior risotto pot)...
