Le Creuset France Futura Ray Loewy Oval Cast Iron Dutch Oven 4.25 Qt No 27 MCM

Up for your consideration is this vintage MCM Le Creuset Futura Raymond Loewy oval 4.25 quart dutch oven with cover in a blue grey on the outside and a cream color inside. I believe the color is periwinkle!!! It is the model 27.

It is made out of cast iron that is enameled inside and outside. This piece was designed in 1958 by Raymond Loewy who a famous designer who also did designs for Coca Cola, NASA, various railroads, and too many to list. IT IS IN MINT CONDITION AND APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN USED!!!!! THIS IS A DESIRABLE AND RARE PIECE!!! GREAT FOR YOUR MID CENTURY KITCHEN DECOR!
