This is a Perfectly Gorgeous Le Creuset Shiny White 3-1/2 Qt Wide Oval Dutch Oven that is a very rare find. These have not been available for sale for quite a while. I found this tucked away in my storage area where it has safely been residing for several years. I only have this one. This is brand new in it's original box although the box may not be in perfect condition. It has all the original labels on the side and bottom and comes with the original Le Creuset booklet and 4 plastic bumpers for storing the lid safely. I do see a tiny yellow speck underneath the final coat of paint on the lid. Pleas take a look at Photo #9 to see this.

It is underneath the paint and will never interfere with the use or cleaning of this beautiful dutch oven. Seriusly, if I hadn't told you about this, you might not have ever noticed it. Any white spots shown in the photos are only from my flash.

There are no white, or chipped areas in or on this item that I can see. This dutch oven measures approx 10-3/4" long and across the 2 side handles, it measures about 13-3/4". It is about 8-3/4 wide at the widest area. It stands 3-1/2" high without the lid on and with the lid, measures 5-1/2" to the top of the knob. I cannot find any other sites on the internet that have this color in this particular size of Le Creuset.

If you have been wanting one of these, please don't wait too long. I love this size-it's large enough for a casserole for the family, and large enough for a roast or chicken with veggies along the side of it to cook in the oven or on the stove.

It is lovely enough to just leave out on your stove or counter to use as a part of your kitchen decor. As with all Le Creuset cast iron items, this can be used in the oven, stove top, refrigerator, freezer, and the dishwasher--although I prefer to hand wash mine in some hot soapy water-even with crusted on food, by soaking for a few minutes, it easily cleans up with a nylon scrubbie.
