Up for your consideration is a rare marked Nathaniel Waterman #4 - 8 Elliptical cups cast iron Roll Pan. We have never seen another #4 marked this way or in this size. Length is 14 1/2 inches / width is 7 inches - Cups are 4 5/8 inches long by 2 5/8 inches wide. Waterman Boston is stamped or incised. Under the handle is a raised 4.The opposing handle carries the incised Patent Date Patent April 5, 1859 (note the April one is very light and not deeply incised). Dealers at the time in Maine were calling these soap making pans. This one is nice - cleaned and seasoned. We promise to be fair with you though, if there is a problem, tell us first and be reasonable with us. We will be reasonable with you.
