STAUB Cast Iron / Blue Enamel Mussel Pot, 2 qt

The inside of this is in very good condition, but it's scratched on the outside & missing the trap screen, (for which, as an avid mussel cook, I see no necessity at all) This is nonetheless a handy and attractive piece of cookware, and you'll look more like you're an old hand at serving up steamed shellfish, than just somebody who has enough space to store a once-a-decade item. We won't even talk about the price of a new one of these. Please take a look at my other listings for random, interesting ceramic and glass pieces, along with the odd metal cookware and textiles that come to me. That said, do pay attention to the size and weight of some of these things!
