Le Creuset acquired Cousances (competitor) in 1957 but continued to produce the AC line. 14.75'' x 9.5'' x 2'' with handles, 12.5'' x 9.5'' x 2'' without handles. Condition - This pan looks like it was rarely used but there is some surface wear, minor scratching and line which might clean up.
